About Videosavers

Hi, my name’s Ray and I love old British TV and Film.
This site is dedicated to great British television shows and films, showcasing the best drama, comedy and factual titles with news, reviews and original content – sometimes a little bit quirky but hopefully always entertaining!
This site is really for me to reminisce about my favourite shows, and also those I am still discovering through the DVD retail store I run on eBay (more below).
Most articles on this site will be my opinions plus some relevant research and you might even learn some useless facts yourself! What you won’t find is rehashed IMDB content or dusty old ‘where are they’ now listicles.
Hopefully, visitors of a certain age will remember classic TV they grew up with, and at the same time a younger generation can discover what they’ve missed out on!

Oh, and if you are of a sensitive disposition, look out for the red triangle warning! This indicates that some content may be NSFW (Not Safe For Work) and contain swearing and adult themes.
